Services Provided

Bioritual, LLC provides wellness education, yoga instruction, and health coaching services. These services are designed to support your personal wellness goals and complement—not replace—professional medical care. I am not a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, psychologist, or licensed mental health professional. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe treatment for any medical condition, illness, or disease.

 

Yoga Instruction

Yoga instruction provided by Bioritual is for educational and wellness purposes only. As with any physical activity, there are inherent risks involved in practicing yoga. You are responsible for consulting with your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any yoga practice, especially if you are pregnant, have existing health conditions, or have concerns about your ability to safely participate. By participating in yoga sessions, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and agree to listen to your body, modify or skip poses as needed, and communicate any discomfort or concerns immediately.

 

Health and Wellness Coaching

Health and wellness coaching services focus on education, lifestyle modification, functional nutrition principles, and self-advocacy within the healthcare system. Coaching does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information shared during coaching sessions is educational in nature and should not replace the advice of your licensed healthcare provider. You are encouraged to consult with appropriate medical professionals regarding any health concerns or before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or medical treatment plan.

You are responsible for your own health decisions. Participation in Bioritual services is voluntary, and you have the right to discontinue services at any time. By engaging with Bioritual's services, you acknowledge that you have been advised to consult with licensed medical professionals regarding your health and that you assume full responsibility for any decisions you make regarding your health and wellness.

Bioritual serum kits are sold as DIY craft kits intended for personal use. Ingredients are provided for educational and self-sufficiency purposes. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the preparation, handling, and application of any product you create. All ingredients are cosmetic-grade and generally recognized as safe; however, individual sensitivities vary. Perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Bioritual LLC is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from improper preparation, storage, or application. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Shelf life of finished serum is approximately 6–12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Rosehip oil may oxidize over time — discard if odor changes. Not for use during pregnancy without consulting a healthcare provider. Keep out of reach of children.

 

Michigan-Specific Notice

In Michigan, yoga instructors and health coaches are not licensed or regulated by the state. Bioritual's services fall outside the scope of practice of licensed medical professionals and are not intended to replace care from physicians, registered dietitians, physical therapists, or mental health professionals.

 

Oregon-Specific Notice

In Oregon, yoga instructors and health coaches are not licensed or regulated by the state unless practicing within the scope of a separately licensed profession (such as registered dietitian, physical therapist, or licensed mental health counselor). Bioritual's services fall outside the scope of practice of licensed medical professionals and are educational in nature. Wellness coaching and yoga instruction provided by Bioritual are not intended to replace care from physicians, registered dietitians, physical therapists, mental health professionals, or other licensed healthcare providers. Oregon law requires that I inform you that my services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Bioritual services are not appropriate for acute medical situations or mental health crises.

Biomarker Testing Services

Bioritual may assist clients in ordering at-home biomarker testing kits from third-party laboratory companies. I do not perform, analyze, or interpret laboratory tests. Once you receive a testing kit, you are responsible for collecting your sample according to the kit instructions and returning it directly to the laboratory. A licensed physician affiliated with the laboratory company will review your results and provide them directly to you, along with clinical interpretation. These results assess biomarkers for optimal functional ranges, which may differ from standard clinical reference ranges that determine disease presence. This approach is particularly valuable when traditional reference ranges are based on male populations or when early indicators of dysfunction are dismissed as "normal" despite causing symptoms. I may provide educational context about your results and discuss functional nutrition strategies, but this does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. You should share all laboratory results with your primary care physician or appropriate medical specialist.
