Hello, I'm Kasey — your holistic wellness guide
Bioritual was born from my passion for natural wellness and autonomy. I graduated from Northwood University and became a certified holistic wellness consultant through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching program. In addition to my foundational training, I hold specialized certifications in functional nutrition and cardiovascular coaching from the International Sports Science Association.
My philosophy centers on the belief that wellness is shaped by the law of cause and effect. While some factors influencing our health may be beyond our control, many are well within our reach. Our bodies and minds are remarkably adaptive, responding to the environments we create—cultivating health or dis-ease, strength or weakness. Understanding the fundamentals is key to maintaining health and fitness while helping to prevent or delay the need for invasive care or treatment later in life. This is where science turns art; through rituals of intentional nutrition, movement, and mindful thought, we begin to create our wellness and support our biology.
